    @sharon29 please tell us:

    • What version of 1P for Mac you are using (the link will tell you how to find that information): if you can't open 1P > About 1P go to your Applications folder, highlight the 1Password app, right click on it and the information will tell you what version you have
    • Your OS X version number
    • More fully, the problem you have. Are you saying that you have to enter your master password three times, every time you launch 1Password, before it's accepted by 1Password?
