Why do I need to create a Vault if i want to use 1password for Teams?

Hello,
Why do I need to create a local vault if I just want to use the new 1password for Teams function on my Android device? So I could store all of my data in my private teams vault? I don't quite understand this yet. Is it because of the way the encrytion is beeing done?

    @ntimo I like that you're thinking far ahead! :) We will allow setting up 1Password for Teams account without the need for a primary local vault.
