License trouble on IOS

Hello, first time here. Well done team, very good product.

My devices got a bit out of sync and updated some of my no longer existing account details with Apple. I have on iPad and iPhone but when I went to from my Mac it is asking me to pay again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

welcome to the 1Password forums :)

1Password is licensed per user, per platform. So if you have the app for the iPhone and iPad it doesn't mean that you automatically get 1Password for the Mac as well. Each platform requires it's own license. You can read more about this here.

@DCW exactly! iPad and iPhone are using the iOS platform, the Mac belongs to the Mac OS platform.

What would it be for the new 12" Apple Tablet? iPad PRo?

@DCW all iPads are running iOS. 1Password for iOS is a free download from the App Store - with an in-app purchase to enable pro features. If you make that in-app purchase on one iOS device you can enable the pro features without charge on any other iOS device that use the same Apple ID.

I'm assuming that I can share vaults and managed them from the Mac once purchased for Mac OS?

@DCW yes, 1Password for Mac allows you to set up multiple vaults. For sharing these vaults with other people however you will need to set up syncing via Dropbox and share the folder your vault is syncing with.
