Touch ID problem. No longer being prompted
iPhone 6
iOS ver 9.2.1
1Password ver. 6.2.1
Sync via iCloud
This problem occurred after the most recent update to the 1Password app.
I start the app. Enter the Master Password. Close the app. Reopen the app and am prompted for the master password again with no Touch ID icon available nor a prompt for Touch ID. Using the 1Password extension in Safari also no longer prompts for Touch ID after entering the Master Password.
The Touch ID option is enabled in the 1Password app.
Restarting the device does not fix the issue.
Deleting and reinstalling the app does not fix the issue.
I've also noticed it takes a few seconds longer before the app prompts for the master password since updating to the most recent version of this app.
Help. This is a major breakage of functionality for me. The main reason I switched from my previous password manager.

Hi @moniq,
To be clear, you've followed all of the instructions in this post?
Touch ID problem. No longer being prompted - AgileBits Support Forum
Please try following the instructions one more time and if you are still having trouble I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html
Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
Ben
