No success on icloud data reset

An error occurred while resetting iCloud data:
The operation couldn’t be completed. (CKErrorDomain error 9.)
Can't seem to get passed this error. Tried setting up sync to icloud and it says an old synch from 2013 is found but it won't merge it.

    Thanks for the help. When I looked at the manage section I had two entries. Had to delete both and start again to get it to work but is up and running now. 8-)
