Hi My wife has forgotten her password. We have just updated our phones.
I have started again with the app but when I try and sync with icloud it states there is existing data and wants to merge, then it asks for the password. and back to square one. Help?

@dwright223 - If your wife cannot remember her master password, there will be no way to recover the iCloud data. In that event, she should follow the directions for Starting over with an empty vault. She will have to recreate everything from scratch, I'm afraid,

I'm afraid hawkmoth is correct--if your wife has forgotten her Master Password, we can't recover it :( In addition to the article he linked above, we have a some hints for remembering a Master Password that might help.
