Have Version 5.4.3. Tried to update, but pop up said I have more than one version. Could not find it

At various times we have had individual or family accounts. I believe we have a family account now.

    Hi wfarb,

    The "Update Failed" warning is referring to other copies of 1Password.app stored elsewhere on your Mac. With the update to 1Password 6, it is recommended to remove all additional copies of 1Password so that the system will launch the correct 1Password mini after the update.

    At the bottom of the warning is a listing containing the path to each additional copy of 1Password found.

    If you are unable to remove the copies, go ahead and click "Update Anyway". If you have any trouble after the update, please let us know.
