app opens full screen no RYG dots to shrink so can see menu bar

how do I get the menu bar?
What I really want to do is change my master password as the current ones reminder phrase is no longer true and I need to to edit it.
I was able to change it on my iPhone 5S but can't get to it on Mac.

Extension Version: 4.5.2
OS Version: 10.8.5
Sync Type: Airport and external
Referrer: ug:mac/item-list, ug:mac/sidebar, ug:mac/1password-main-app, ug:mac/, kb:legacy-wifi-sync

    Hi mtcarroll45,

    If 1Password is opening full-screen, you can access the menu bar by moving your mouse pointer to the top of the screen. Then you should see the window controls. You can exit full-screen mode through the View menu or by clicking the green window control.

    You can change your Master Password through the Security tab in Preferences.
