I upgraded to a new android from an old one and now all of my information is gone. I logged in with my password and all of the information that I had stored is missing.

    Hey there, @ivaniamiranda60. Prior to changing devices, had you configured sync with Dropbox, local storage, or Wi-Fi? We don't host your 1Password 4 for Android data so we won't be able to recover it for you. However, if you have access to the old device, or if you've synced anywhere, we can certainly help migrate your data to your new phone.
