Licensing hell. We have family license, but my wife is being asked for payment for upgrade

We have family license. My wife installed 1Password5. Now being told trial period is over and she must make a payment. Don't know whether we should have to do this or how she can apply our existing license

    I'm sorry you are having trouble with your license. We should be able to get this straightened out quickly.

    Do you have the email with the license information? If so, please forward that to your wife's email. Then she can either click on the link in the email, or save the attachment out to the desktop and double-click it. It should then add the license.
