Error adding user to groups

Afternoon.

Im using the 1P4T web gui to add a user to a group. I want them in the Recovery and Accounts groups.
Whenever I try and add the user to a group the web gui responds with:

"Failed to add {Users Full Name} to Group".

Where {Users Full Name} is the users full name.
