Cannot get Touch ID to work. Running latest versions of iOS and 1Password. Can you help?

Can you verify that you have indeed enabled TouchID enabled in Settings > Security > Touch ID?
Do you get the Touch ID prompt when you open 1Password? You get the master password field instead or is it not locking? It could be that you don't have auto-lock enabled.
As for Touch ID, in recent iOS versions we've seen some issues that seem to cause Touch ID to fail so you might sometimes get a Master Password prompt instead.
