Master password suddenly stopped working on iPhone and iPad
I set up 1Password with on my iPhone and iPad, it has been working with both the master password and Touch ID on both for a few months. Suddenly today it will not give the option for Touch ID and the master password is not accepted (I know I entered it correctly). I have tried several time on both devices , I get the same password hint message, but still does not work. Please help.

@pjfellows: (Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. Are you unable to unlock 1Password on either device? Did you make some change there recently? To be clear, Touch ID is handled by iOS, and will not be available until you've unlocked using your Master Password after restarting.
