    Hi @RedorDead,

I'm sorry you've run into this error, and thank you for reaching out to us here in our forum. We'll be happy to help you sort this out. :)

First, I hope you don't mind, I've moved this discussion to our 1Password for iOS forum, as this issue is about an issue with our iOS app.

You haven't provided any version information or told us what sync method you're trying to use, but it sounds like you're describing Wi-Fi Sync error 7027, which was the result of a bug that we fixed with version 5.5 of 1Password for iOS. The current version for iOS is 6.2.1. Are you able to update to the latest version of 1Password? That should resolve the sync issue for you. Open the App Store on your iPhone, go to the Purchased tab, look for 1Password and click the download button next to it.

Once you've updated, try Wi-Fi sync again and let us know how that goes. We'll be here to help if you have any other questions.

Ah, interesting! I wonder if this may be a regression of that bug. If you wouldn't mind, @RedorDead, we'd love to see a Diagnostics Report from your iPhone to look into this issue further. You can send us a Diagnostics Report from Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics in 1Password for iOS.

Please email the report to support+forum@agilebits.com and include a link to this thread in your email.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can locate the report and check it out. Thanks in advance!

In the meantime, see if any of the other error workarounds listed here might help you get things syncing properly.

    Hi @RedorDead

Vee wanted me to follow up on the issue you're having to see what we can do to assist.

When you originally setup sync on your iPhone did you sync to the same Mac you're trying to sync to now or a different Mac?

If it is the same Mac, did you by chance reinstall OS X or anything between the last time you synced and now?

Hopefully we can help figure out why it's appearing and then we can figure out the best way to get things back in line for you.

    Hi,
The MAC was rebuilt after a hardware failure. It was restored from backup and it did get upgraded to the latest operating system.
    Thanks,
    Tim

    Hi Tim (@RedorDead)

And this rebuild happened in between syncs? I.e. It worked before the rebuild, then after it stopped working. Is that correct?

If so then everything seems more or less correct in terms of how this works. Which means we just have to get you up and running.

Did you make any changes inside of 1Password on the iPhone after the last successful sync with the Mac?
