Is the emergency kit necessary for non-admin teams members?
If admins can help users recover accounts without an account key or master passwords, what's the point of the emergency kit?
I can understand the utility of the emergency kit for admin users, since losing access to all admin accounts is catastrophic.
Asking every team member to print out and store a sheet of people securely seems like a steep cost compared to the relatively low cost of rarely needing to click a restore button. Am I missing something?

You can indeed restore non-admin accounts but this is still a longer process (admin has to begin recovery, the user has to re-setup the account, and then an admin has to complete the process). With this back and forth, depending on how busy your admin team is this could leave people locked out of their data (and therefore all their accounts saved inside) for hours, or even over a day. Having access to their Emergency Kit themselves hopefully makes this a much quicker and simpler process.
