failed to restore the 1password premium

I recently restored my iPhone 6, however it failed to restore the 1password premium. The pop up message is as follows:
"Failed to Restore purchases. There were no purchases associated ...". So i tried to uninstall the app and download again but does not work as well. Please advise for a solution.

    Hi @subinpark

    sorry for the troubles you are having restoring the in-app purchase.

    Could you please make sure that you’re signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID that you used when you originally completed your in-app purchase? Otherwise a restore is not possible as the account has no information about you purchase.

    Are you signed in with the right Apple ID?
