PRO fonction on iPad but not on iPhone

Hello,
I've bought (in-app) the PRO fonction using my iPad mini and it's working great. But when I open 1Password in my iPhone (5s) the PRO fonctions are NOT activated. I've tried to restore the purchase on the iPhone but is doesn't work.

    Thanks for writing in. Are you using the same Apple ID on both devices? In-app purchases cannot be shared with Family Sharing, so the app has to have been installed using the same Apple ID where the purchase was made and must also still be logged into it.

    I am having the exact same problem. I have verified correct Apple ID. I have deleted and reinstalled. Everytime I go to restore purchases I get the message that there are no purchases associated.

    The app has to have been installed using the same Apple ID as made the purchase. So even if you are now using the correct ID if you were previously using a different one, when you installed 1Password, the Pro features will not restore.

    If that is the case please make a backup of your data and then reinstall the app (again verifying that the Apple ID you are signed into has purchased the 1Password 6 for iOS Pro Features in-app purchase):

    That's exactly what I did. Still won't let me have Pro features on my iPhone but does on my iPad. What next?

    I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.
