Steps before iPhone factory reset using 1Password with iCloud Sync?

Hi there,

I need to factory reset my iPhone 6 (iOS 9.2.1) and I'm using 1Password iCloud Sync.

Is there anything I need to do before I factory reset my iPhone, so that my 1Password data (passwords, etc.) doesn't get lost and will still be there once I reinstall 1Password on my iPhone after the reset?

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Resetting your phone will erase all app data on it, including 1Password's data. You can find instructions on backing up and restoring your data here:

If you are indeed syncing with iCloud it may be possible to skip the restore step once you reinstall 1Password and instead simply re-establish the iCloud sync. I'd still highly recommend making the backup first though. You can find instructions for syncing with iCloud here:
