Folder counts don't match between iPhone and iPad

I had to reinstall on my iPhone. Once the sync completed I noticed that the item counts for folders are not correct, nor are all of the items present for each folder. The raw counts of 308 are the same for both devices but the items and counts don't match up in any of the folders.

    Hi @TJG!

It looks like you're comparing the items in folders on your iPhone to what you're seeing on your Mac; am I correct? If so, what version of 1Password are you using on your Mac?

Are you syncing with any other devices? If you are, will you let us know what versions of 1Password they're running?

    Many thanks!

The iPhone doesn't match the iPad, both are running the latest version of your app. The iPad does match the Mac.

  • I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.

    (iOS) Sending Diagnostics Reports

Attach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Reports in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the reports and ensure that this is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the reports we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

    Ben
