I cannot open the app that I just purchased at the App Store. Can someone help me?

    I am having the same problem. Downloaded the app on my iPhone. There are no options for vaults or new user. It is asking me for a password and giving me a password hint as though I used it before. I have never set it up. Thank you. No vaults show and the keyboard remains all the time. Swiping does nothing. I even reset the phone completely by powering off and on. Thank you! PegMm

    Hi @PegMM,

    If you're sure you have no data of value stored in 1Password you can simply uninstall & reinstall it to erase all data and start fresh.
