Won't let me make apple account

in iOS

I can't make a Apple ID and password because it keeps saying contact you I have everything field out and it say contact iOS for help

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. Could you please tell me exactly what it is you are trying to accomplish, the steps you are taking to accomplish it, and the exact wording of the error message you are getting?

    Yes it won't let me make an Apple ID and I went through all the steps to make one and I got to the end of the application to make the Apple ID and instead it sending verification email it tells me to go to this website For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/. @bwoodruff

    Thanks @palmer_deven. Apple IDs are handled by Apple, not by us. If you are having trouble creating an Apple ID I'd suggest contacting Apple at the link that they provided:

    http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/
