How to upgrade the iPassword

My ipassword keeps crashing. I have had the app ages so it must be an earlier version but do not know where to find the version that I have. I have read the suggestions already posted and to upgrade to a later version but cannot find an explanation how to do that. Also, cannot find the app in the App Store on Apple. Thank You.

    Hi @jean_traveller,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'd be happy to help. Are you able to identify from these icons which version of 1Password you have installed?

    In addition, can you please tell me which version of iOS you have? There is a guide on Apple's site for determining which version you have available here:

    Find the software version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

    And last but not least it would be helpful to know what device you are using (e.x. iPad Air 2, iPhone 6s, etc).
