Unable to sync
I can't sync my new iphone6s with my MacBook 1 password. I've gone to your website and have done all that you've required me to do but still am unable to sync. I know it's possible because I've had it synced on my old phone.

Hi @babsy,
Thanks for taking the time to write in. I see you reviewed our iCloud troubleshooting guide, so I assume you are trying to sync via iCloud? What happens when you try to set up iCloud sync? Do you get an error message?
Also, could you please tell me which version of 1Password you have on each the iPhone 6S and the MacBook? We have a guide available on finding the version number here:
