    Hi @Tdubs

    As Stephen_C pointed out, definitely give that article a try, if that doesn't help then his questions are pretty pertinent to figuring out what is going wrong:

    • What version of 1Password for iOS you are using (the link will tell you how to find that information)
    • Your iOS version number
    • Whether you have recently changed your master password and, if so, on which device you changed it

    In addition to that, if you did change the master password recently, does the old master password work for unlocking 1Password on the iOS device?
