Why Amazon AWS and not Google Cloud

Hello,

I just wanted to ask you why you use Amazon and not Google for hosting your servers? Because I found out that the prices from google are cheaper if I understood it right. Did you compared both?

    A lot of reasons there — AWS is more mature, CloudFormation allows to script and automate all infrastructure changes, Amazon Aurora database scalability and performance, better security with Virtual Private Cloud and subnets, hardware-based encryption with KMS.

    We also have more experience with AWS as we used it for the past 5+ years although on a much smaller scale.

    AWS is huge. There were over 20,000 attendees at the last AWS re:Invent conference. A lot of companies using it to migrate their internal data centers into the cloud.
