Restore from computer back up, zip file

I lost the 1password app on my phone--total trauma--I am trying to reinstall from and computer back up but it is a zipped file. The file appears to have 48 items in the back-up but I cannot figure out how to open it of transfer it to my phone can you help. I can transfer manually if I can get the doc to open. I want appreciate any assistance you can give.

    Hi @JLDunn1420,

    I can imagine how you feel with 1Password being deleted from you phone - I'd feel the same way. Let's see how we can restore your data.

    You mention that you have a backup on your computer - do you remember how you created that backup? Do you use 1Password on your computer as well? In case you do, did you ever sync your data with your phone using Dropbox, iCloud or wifi?
