cannot restore purchase to pro version
Hi,
I have restored my iphone 6 to Ios 9.3 from scratch, and installed all of my apps from a i-cloud backup.
After it finished installing all apps, i have tried to restore my pro version purchase and i get an error "Failed to restore purchase..."
I have also looked up this in the FAQ about this problem and tried to delete the app and reinstall a fresh one from the cloud, and it still same error.
Please help me.

sorry for the problems you are having restoring the Pro features. I'll be happy to help you with that.
The first thing I'd like to make sure is that you are signed in with the same Apple ID that you purchased the Pro features with. Could you please double check that for me?

Just double checked the login, it is the same one.
(i have only one Apple ID ,no family share enabled and no one else ever tried to login with other Apple ID).0 -

and include a link to this thread ( https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/58739 )?Without a receipt showing exactly what it is that was purchased it is going to be difficult to troubleshoot further.
