My old 1Password generated password was 12 chars, new one is 18, and copy-paste mysteriously truncates whereas 1Password auto-login doesn't.
This was subtle — kudos to 1Password Support!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ App Store review coming.

Let me add that Wells Fargo is not the only site with an unannounced maximum password length limit. USAA is another one. It is maddening to figure that out. I finally did for this site by counting the dots concealing the password field on their login page. They kept increasing in number up to that maximum, but no farther. When I limited my chosen password to that number of characters, it worked. I only mention this in the hopes that it saves aggravation for someone else.
