2 Primary Vaults on iPad - Item Count Not Equal iMac and iPhone6+
I have the following:
iMac (27-inch, Mid 2011) running OS 10.11.1 and 1Password, Version 5.4 (540046), purchased from Mac App Store
iPhone 6+ running OS 9.2.1 and 1Password Ver. 6.2.2 from App Store.
iPad 2 (Model MC916LL/A) running OS 9.1 and 1Password Ver. 6.2.2 from App Store.
1Password on the iMac and iPhone are in sync with each showing 271 items and they each have one Primary Vault. Syncing is via Dropbox.
The iPad shows 375 items total. Of those 145 are titled ‘Unnamed’ and contain no data. Under Settings/Vaults the iPad shows 2 vaults and each are called Primary. One has 145 items and the other has 230 items.
Under Settings/Sync on the iPad the two Primary Vaults are shown and to the right of each it says ‘Set up Syncing’.
This issue appeared a number of weeks ago but I just haven’t tried to deal with it until now. I think it may have happened when I upgraded 1PW on the iPad. I did not intentionally create the second vault on the iPad and don’t know how it came to be. I don’t want 2 vaults. From what I read on the web a second vault can only be created on the iMac. If the item count in one vault matched the iMac and iPhone (271) it would be less confusing but I have no idea which items are in which vault. What should I do to clean up the iPad while ensuring no data is lost?

Hi @mamawtex
Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the confusion. I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.
—Mac—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html—iOS—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.htmlAttach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Reports in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the reports and ensure that this is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the reports we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

I am using 1PW v5.4 on Mac and the link you sent offers no option for that version--just v6, 4 and 3. What am I supposed to do?
