help me get 1 Password back. It's in my apps, but I'm not allowed to update it.

I am using 1 Password 6, When I tried to update it, I was told that I canceled it and it was refunded to me in the Apple App store. I don't agree but need help updating it.

    @islandhugger the difficulty is that AgileBits has no control over the App Store and no access to Apple's records. That means that your problem is one that you're going to have to take up direct with Apple.

    It would be helpful, if you still have problems which you can't resolve with Apple, if you'd please tell us:

    (I'm assuming your post relates to a problem with 1P for iOS—even though the only "paid" feature of 1P for iOS is the in-app purchase—because you've posted on the 1P for iOS forum.)

    Hi @islandhugger,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. Stephen is correct; unfortunately. We do not control the App Store. We do not have any control over or access to information about refunds etc. As such Apple would be the best source for information about what refund may or may not have been issued, and what the error message you are receiving means.

    If you have technical difficulties with 1Password itself we'd be more than happy to assist.
