how do I start a new topic in the 1P forum?

    @Thomas_U - When you are in the correct forum section, click the New Discussion button, like this:

    But it seems you have already found out in order to post your question...

    But there is no forum section for issues on Mac, iOS and Windows at the same time.

    @Thomas_U - There is a separate forum for each of those operating systems, but not one for all of them together. Are you wanting to ask about all three of them at one time? I'd suggest that you pick the section that is most like the issue you have and post there. It would be fine to ask such questions in the Mac forum, for example.

    Hi @Thomas_U,

    Hawkmoth is exactly right. Many folks use 1Password on more than one platform and sometimes an issue involves them all. Just post wherever makes the most sense to you, and we at AgileBits can move a thread to a different forum if it seems appropriate to do so.

    I see that you've since posted in the Mac forum and that seems like as good a place as any for your query. :) Thanks for using our support forums!
