How do I move items out of the Shared vault?

I'm relatively new, using Teams (Just paid for a year) and after trying everything and following the advice on this thread, my shared folder options are all greyed out when I attempt to move anything to another folder. I've given Owners, Admins and Team Members full access and still no Joy. Frustrating.

@alanshed Are the options greyed out for you, or other team members? Also, where are you trying to move items? I noticed you created the account, but the team members have the export permissions on the Shared vault disabled. You should be able to move things in and out; the team members may not be able to unless you give them export permission.
