migrate data from 1Password 3 to 1Password 6
I am having difficulty migrating data from 1Password 3 to 1Password 6. I have tried to use the instructions at https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/ without success.
1Password Version: 3.7.2 and 6.2.2

Hi @Beckmank,
Thanks for taking the time to write in. I apologize for the delay in getting back to you, and for the trouble you're having upgrading. Do you have access to a Mac? If so the easiest solution might be to install 1Password 3 for Mac, WiFi sync it with 1Password 3 for iOS, then upgrade to 1Password 6 for Mac, and sync it with 1Password 6 for iOS.
If not... when you launch 1Password 6 for iOS are you asked for a Master Password, or does it ask if you are a new or existing user?
Please let us know.

Hi Ben,
I would prefer not to get 1Password for Mac at this time.
When I launch 1Password 6 for iOS, sometimes I'm asked to enter a Master Password and sometimes I'm asked to use Touch ID. When I enter my Master Password for 1Password 3, I get a message that says "Decrypting" and then a message that says "Please try again". If I enter my 4-digit unlock code from 1Password 3, I get a message that says "Decrypting" and then a message that says "Unlocked", and then I see the Settings screen. But I don't see a way to import my data from 1Password 3.
Thanks,
Ken

Ken,
It wouldn't be necessary to purchase 1Password for Mac, we'd simply need a Mac to use the trial version on to do the migration.
But it actually sounds like the migration may have happened? What do you see if you tap on the Categories icon (it looks like a filing cabinent), by the Settings icon?
Please let us know.

Ben,
Here is a screenshot of what I see when I tap on the Categories icon.

Okay, thanks Ken. I take back what I said about it appearing to have worked. :( I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:
(iOS) Sending Diagnostics Reports
Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
