panicing. can't get into 1password with my new phone. who can i call?
I have synced a new phone and now can no longer access my app with my 4 digit code. it's asking me if I want to sync my vault. It won't let me sync with any of the 3 methods. I have 0 access to any of these passwords. who could call me or I could call to access all my information? thank you

I am unable to access my password app with my new iphone 6. Everything else has synced and I cannot get the app to sync over to the new phone. Who could I call to walk me through?

Thanks for taking the time to write in. It sounds like your question is about 1Password 6 for iOS, not 1Password for Families, so I've moved your thread over to that category.
I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your 1Password data on your new phone. By default 1Password only stores your data on the device you create it on. We do not automatically sync your data anywhere, though this is an option you can (and probably should) set up. To get your data from your old phone to the new you will either need to make a backup on the old phone, and then restore it on the new, or setup syncing on both devices.
