I just purchased 1Password for my PC and added the Chrome App extension. This works well. I upgraded the 1Password on my ipad and Iphone to the 1Password pro. I want to be able to use the safari app extension on my ipad and iphone. I am using the most current version of ios on both, IOS 9.2.1. I've gone through the suggested steps on my ipad and iphone and am not seeing the icon for the 1password when I open up Safari. I've enabled it as suggested in the User's Guide. What else do I need to do? I like it on my PC as an extension on the Chrome browser and I would like the same functionality on my ipad and iphone.

@eterryo - You say you have activated the extension in 1Password for 1OS, which is good. It won't show up in mobile Safari like it does on a Mac. You'll need to access it when you are on a web page by tapping on the share panel. The 1Password keyhole icon should be in the second row of options. If you don't see it, tap on the More (...) option. (You can rearrange the order of appearance of that row. I've put the 1Password extension first.)

Unlike OS X, you will have to manually tap the login button on the page after your credentials are filled in automatically. Automatic submission doesn't work in iOS.

Here is a screen capture I made from mobile Chrome, but the same applies for Safari:
