I had 1password on my Samsung s6 edge which was defective and was replaced by Samsung but I can't seem to get 1password on my new device

    @gregmsl as your post appears to have nothing to do with 1P for Mac I have moved the post from the 1Password for Mac forum to the 1P for Android forum where you will get more help.

    Hi @gregmsl. Thanks for getting in touch with us today! I'm sorry to hear about your defective phone.

    Before replacing your device, did you configure sync in 1Password? If you configured sync with Dropbox or Wi-Fi, you should be able to recover the vault from Dropbox or the synced device. If you were syncing with local storage, did you back up your .agilekeychain folder before replacing the device?

    Also, do you have 1Password on any other devices? Thanks!
