problem on iPhone and iPad

when I start 1 Password on iPhone or iPad it always open me a pop-up with: Please unlock 1password on you Mac for Wi-FI syncing to continue. 1Password encountered a problem.
I open on Mac 1Password but the issue comes always back when open on iPhone or iPad.
What I can do?

1Password Version: Not Provided
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Not Provided
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Hi @nishny,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    You will receive this message if you are using WiFi sync with 1Password and when you launch 1Password for iOS you do not have 1Password for Mac unlocked. If you would prefer to avoid this requirement you can switch to a different sync method:

    Sync | 1Password for iOS
