@Grandpa43a - I merged three separate post you have made, all about the same issue. Please don't make multiple threads on the same topic. It makes it more difficult for you to get the help you need and for you to find the help when it's offered.
I'm not an AgileBits employee, so I can't help you with purchase issues. But you have posted in the iOS section of the forum. If your problem is with the iOS version of 1Password, that is sold only by Apple in the iTunes App Store. Is that your issue, or are you needing assistance with a different platform, perhaps Mac?
