My iPad has 2 vaults, but my other devices 1. How do I merge these 2 vaults?

I use 1Password on my iPhone, Mac Air and iPad Air, synching with Dropbox with most data input from the iPad. For some reason I now have an additional vault on the iPad, called 1Password. So everything synchs across the Primary vaults on the three devices, but not the data in the 1Password vault. How do I merge the 1Password vault into the Primary vault on the iPad? I use the current version of 1Password on the Mac (updated this morning) I can't find the version in the iPad app, but it is up-to-date

  • Hi @SteveAnderson

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear that somehow you've ended up with two separate vaults. To get a better picture of what might be going on 'under the hood,' I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.

    —Mac—
    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html

    —iOS—
    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html

Attach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Reports in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the reports and ensure that this is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the reports we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

    Ben
