Having trouble migrating data from iPhone version 3.7.2 to 6

Followed instructions in this link: https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/
Not working. Get a screen that says:

Import - Unlock your data from version 3 to finish importing. Then there is a field where I can enter info.

How do I unlock this? I've tried typing my master password into the field and no luck.
