I cannot seem to get my iOS device to entirely sync with my MAC 1Password. iOS sync only picks up 144 items while there are close to 300 in the MAC. Since I added the iOS product much later than the original MAC product, I did notice it seem only to be syncing items I added to the MAC AFTER I had installed the iOS device. In other words, legacy items are ignored. How can I fix this? I thought about just uninstalling the iOS product (but I don't think I have the product code anymore) but even w/o that issue, won't the problem be the same only now I will have even more legacy passwords that will never sync?

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble syncing. It may be that reinstalling 1Password for iOS would resolve this issue, but I'd like to get a look 'under the hood' before we take that step.

    I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.

    P.S. There is no 'product code' for 1Password for iOS. iOS apps are sold by the Apple iTunes App Store and are tied to your Apple ID when you make a purchase. As long as you use the same Apple ID (you should only ever have one) then you're all set.
