  • Hi @aurb,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry for the trouble. By default 1Password only stores your data on the device you create it on (with the exception of 1Password for Teams & 1Password for Families). Even if iCloud syncing is enabled on the device and for other apps, it needs to be enabled specifically for 1Password:

Sync with iCloud | 1Password for iOS

Another way to ensure you have your data in more that one spot is to back it up:

Creating and restoring 1Password backups in iTunes (iOS)

Did you sync your data to iCloud or back it up via iTunes before erasing it?

    Ben

I did sync data to iCloud and also buy iTunes, I didn't do anything specific on one password application though everything Will be backed up to cloud and iTunes on my iMac
Do you think I lost the data for my passwords

No specific set up was done on one password application. I just backed up to the cloud and iTunes usual way

@aurb: iCloud and iTunes backups are supposed to include your 1Password data, and they should also restore it. Unfortunately they often do not, which is why we include the backup/restore feature in 1Password itself. You may be able to restore your data by restoring from the backup again, but often this takes multiple attempts, and sometimes it simply does not restore everything (perhaps the backup is incomplete for some reason — only Apple could have any idea). If not, and you don't have your 1Password data sync'd, backed up, or stored on another device, you will need to start over. AgileBits never has access to your data, so it isn't something we can recover for you. Please let me know what you find!
