Another # of items discrepancy between devices

I just moved my agilekeychain file from one folder within Dropbox to another within Dropbox. I updated its location on all my devices. After a few bouts of "File not found" types of errors on my iOS devices, all eventually all seemed to get successfully sync'ed, and continue to indicate ongoing successful syncs.

However, they are showing slightly different #s of items:

MBPRetina 15", mid 2012, El Capitan 10.11.3: 1413 items
MBAir 11", mid 2011, Yosemite 10.10.5: 1413 items

iPhone 6S: 1405 items
iPhone 6S Plus: 1405 items
iPad Mini 2: 1405 items

iPad Pro: 1401 items

Since the Macs match in number, and stayed in sync when I emptied the trash on one of them, they seem ok.

Previously all my iOS devices had the same # of items as each other (but different than the # on the Macs), but for separate reasons I deleted 1P from the iPad Pro and reinstalled it. After it synced, it ended up at 1401.

There are a lot of threads related to mismatched number of items here, so I apologize if one of them has the answer to this. There were so many unique wrinkles to those it wasn't clear I was going to be able to find a clear answer amongst them.

Thanks,
Allen

I'm having the same issue. Actually, it's my wife's 1Password 6. Between her iPhone 6s and new MacBook, the is a 1 login in differential. I actually just upgraded her to the new iOS app. Also, a few of the title names are different which is worrisome as well.

Love to hear if any one has an idea about this.

    Hi folks,

If you have a mismatch in the number (or content) of items between devices it is likely that sync is not working properly. To best track down where the exact issue might be, I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices:

Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

    Ben
