iOS App Never Stops Syncing

@hanguolaohu: Is your data actually syncing, or is the icon animating, giving you that impression? For example, if you edit an item on iOS, do the changes make their way to your other devices? How about the opposite? Please let me know what you find. I look forward to hearing back from you! :)

So I am having the same problem and I will continue where the conversation was left.
1Password Version: 6.3.1
OS Version: 9.3 (13E233)
Sync Type: DropboxTo answer your questions:
Is it actually syncing? Yes. I see changes I make sync over to the desktop application and the opposite is true if I were to make changes within the desktop application. However the problem this continuous syncing is causing is the following. The "Organize" page is useless as the screen keeps refreshing making it impossible to click on a folder. Also the + button in the top right corner of the "Categories" page also keeps flashing as if it is refreshing as well. This is by-passable though if I select "All Items" and use the + button on that page.
I have tried uninstalling the app doing a hard restart and then reinstalling the app and setting my dropbox sync back up to no avail. Any other troubleshooting methods would be appreciated.
Thanks,

@Dawidajm: Thanks for the additional information! I'm really sorry for the trouble here. That does sound like a nuisance. We've been tracking this issue and it seems to be caused by sync conflicts in Dropbox. Which other devices are you syncing the same vault with?
At this point, the best thing to do will be to set up logging in 1Password (see below*), restart your device, reproduce the same issue, and then generate a diagnostic report and send it to support+forums@agilebits.com so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)
*In 1Password Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics > Log Settings, enable App, Agile Keychain, Cloud Keychain, Database, Dropbox, SQLite, and Sync.
Also, be sure to include a link to this forum thread and your username in the email so we can 'connect the dots'. Knowing your timezone and the date/time of the incident will help us find it in the logs. We will get to the bottom of this! :)

Just as a note for anyone else having this issue and wondering what the status is: I have sent diagnostics from my phone and today just sent diagnostics from my PC for AgileBits review and waiting to hear if they have a solution.
