My iPad was having issues and had to be wiped. I downloaded the 1password app and cannot sink with the cloud. The cloud app is on and I checked that the versions met the minimum standards.

Please help.

Steve

  • Hi Steve ( @Liftofff ),

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. By default 1Password only stores your data on the device you create it on (with the exception of 1Password for Teams & 1Password for Families). Even if iCloud syncing is enabled on the device and for other apps, it needs to be enabled specifically for 1Password:

Sync with iCloud | 1Password for iOS

Another way to ensure you have your data in more that one spot is to back it up:

Creating and restoring 1Password backups in iTunes (iOS)

Did you sync your data to iCloud or back it up via iTunes before erasing it?

    Ben
