No response from the server

Dear Sirs I have an odd problem with my family account, all passwords have despaired from my wife iPhone!
But the service is working smoothly in their mac and in their iPad.
I have deleted the app from the iPhone, I have reinstalled them, but when I try to connect to our family account, we get the message: No response from the server (We have our app in portuguese, so I don't know if in english are that the exact words).
Can you help us please.

    Hi folks,

    We did have scheduled maintenance today on the Teams and Families services, and it is possible that it was during this time that you tried signing in. Could you please give it another try and see if it is still happening?
