I tried to download the latest update for the Mac version of 1Password, but: I get this error message: "1Password - Password Manager and Secure Wallet failed to download--use the Purchases page to download " I've tried going to the "purchased" page (there is not "purchases" page)--and tried to re-run the update...but keep getting the same message. Help?

    Hi @rivetr,

    I'm sorry you're having difficulty installing the latest update from the Mac App Store!

    I noticed your message says "1Password Version: 6.1". Is that the version you currently have installed on your Mac? If so, you already have the latest version installed and don't need to install an update. To make sure, please open the main 1Password app on your Mac and go to the menu for 1Password > About 1Password. What version number is shown there?

    If you have a previous version (such as 6.0.1 or 6.0.2), but the Mac App Store keeps giving you an error, you can try simply restarting your Mac. After it reboots, launch the Mac App Store again and see if you can install the 6.1 update. Does it work this time?

    If you still get the same error after rebooting, try dragging the 1Password.app file from the Applications folder to the Trash (do not use any app cleaning tools, as they might also delete your data - you only want to delete the app file itself). Then empty the Trash, reboot your Mac, and reinstall 1Password from the Purchased section of the Mac App Store. Does it work?
