fingerprint unlock on iphone
I am locked out of my phone because the password I associate with the hint does not work. Therefore, I would like to use a fingerprint to unlock the 1Password on my iPhone. Is that possible.

@bigbearkat - You won't be able to add Touch ID access to your copy of 1Password, unless you can also gain entry with your mater password. In fact, once an erroneous attempt to log in has been made, the only way to get in is to enter the correct master password. Once you are in, you can activate Touch ID within 1Password, but then your master password is stored in the iOS keychain, which is wiped out if there is a failed attempt to log in with a fingerprint or the devices is restarted. All of this is part of the security designed to protect your data.

@bigbearkat: Indeed, it isn't possible to unlock 1Password without the Master Password; it must first be entered before Touch ID can be used. (Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in the guide hawkmoth linked, as they may help you gain access again.
If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. Please let us know how it turns out. I look forward to hearing back from you!
