Hi @jcbwalsh ,
That is a known issue which we are going to be fixing very soon. In the meantime, there are three other ways to remove your iCloud data:
- If you have an iOS device logged in to the same AppleID, open 1Password on it and go to Settings > Advanced, scroll to the bottom and tap
Remove iCloud Data
- If you have another Mac with 1Password purchase from the Mac App Store, the command there works since the Mac App Store app uses a different method to communicate with iCloud.
- On the Mac with the error, turn iCloud sync back on. Once it's back on, the Reset iCloud Data command will work. It will reset your data and sign you out of iCloud.
