Why isn't iOS app syncing my family account vault?

I'm logged into my family account on iOS, desktop app, and desktop browser. I am the primary account holder.

Passwords stay in sync just fine between desktop app and browser, but iOS has not synced passwords since I first install the app.

I have one main vault with my family account ("personal") that everything is stored in. I do not use the "primary" vault (according to iOS) at all. When I click "sync" on iOS settings, the only options is the "primary" vault. I assume the other vaults, which come with the family account, are supposed to sync on their own automagically.

    You're absolutely correct; that should be automagical. In fact we don't even really like using the term 'sync' as it is support to be so automagic. So I'm really sorry to hear that isn't happening. I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:
